Rocket Air Supply shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs resulting from a delay caused by circumstances beyond the control of Rocket Air Supply, including, but not limited to, acts of God, floods, acts of war or terrorism, strikes, material or labor shortages, accidents and other disasters, riots or insurrections, embargoes, or other delays in transportation or production beyond the reasonable control of Rocket Air Supply.

Shipping

Shipping of goods purchased via the Site will be at no additional charge with no guarantee as to delivery dates. As the delivery of your order is beyond the control of Rocket Air Supply once your order leaves the facilities belonging to or affiliated with Rocket Air Supply, Rocket Air Supply cannot assume liability for late deliveries. Please some deliveries may require a signature. Occasionally packages are returned to Rocket Air Supply or their affiliates as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Rocket Air Supply, Rocket Air Supply will contact you to ascertain the reason for it’s returning.

Rocket Air Supply reserves the right to charge you a 15% restocking fee on all refused or failed delivery, as well as all charges incurred by Rocket Air Supply in the return and retrieval of refused orders, including but not limited to taxes, duties and return shipping costs. These fees maybe collected by the carrier, customs, agents, brokers, or Rocket Air Supply.

Rocket Air Supply currently makes use of various shipping options including FedEx, UPS, the United States Postal Service and DHL International, providing delivery of purchased items to the following countries:

ALL ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES ARE SUBJECT TO ALL NATIONAL, FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL TAXES, DUTIES OR OTHER IMPORT FEES THE COUNTRY OF DELIVERY DEEMS LEGAL AND REQUIRED. AT THIS TIME, Rocket Air Supply DOES NOT COLLECT ANY OF THESE FEES DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS AND THE CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF THESE ADDITIONAL FEES ASSESSED BY THE COUNTRY OF IMPORT.

All transactions, including returns, refunds and exchanges are performed in USD currency.

All international and/or SPO shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Rocket Air Supply values its customers financial security and as such, takes extreme precautions to protect customer information and prevent unauthorized purchases. In correlation with these efforts, Rocket Air Supply is unable to reroute packages that have left its facilities or the facilities of its affiliates. Additionally, packages shipped by Rocket Air Supply are not guaranteed for pickup at a carrier’s facility.
